Born on 18/10/1969 in Dimapur, Nagaland.
He Matriculated in 1987 and Graduated in 1992 and took LL.B Degree in 1998.
He was appointed as Judicial Magistrate First Class on 20/07/2005 and promoted to Chief Judicial Magistrate on 26/03/2013. He was promoted as District & Sessions Judge on 28/02/2018.
He is also a trained Mediator, having completed “40 hours mediation training program in 19/02/2019 organized by the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee Supreme Court of India”
He is currently serving as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Mokokchung w.e.f 09/10/24
